About: The Rutland Police Association’s 1st Halloween Hustle will take place on October 28, 2017 at 12pm. This race will prove to be one of the best Halloween events in our area. The event focuses on the festive “spooktacular” Halloween theme by incorporating runners dressed up in their best Halloween Costume and with an overall “Halloween-y” atmosphere.
